Originally from the Philippines and now based in London, Pip Agdinaoay is a photographer drawn to honest moments, quiet observations, and the emotional details that often pass unnoticed.
His approach is shaped by a lifelong connection to photography, beginning with borrowing his family’s 35mm camera as a child and documenting family gatherings on a camcorder. Over the years, photography remained a constant through different creative paths, from multimedia arts and film studies to years spent working within the live events industry.
Influenced by cinema, documentary photography, and everyday life in London, Pip photographs people with a calm and unobtrusive presence. Rather than heavily directing moments, he prefers to create space for people to be themselves, allowing images to unfold naturally and truthfully. Drawn to atmosphere, intimacy, movement, and memory, his work focuses on preserving moments as they genuinely felt, creating photographs that feel timeless, intimate, and emotionally honest.
